My name is Sarah and I am a wife, mother, and a longtime avid sports enthusiast. With P90X I have reached my goal weight and am getting the lean muscle I have wanted. The transformation has begun.
It is very important for me to model healthy behaviors for my child. Beachbody has gotten me back to a regular exercise regimen. I took my fitness commitment seriously, logged on to Team Beachbody and I began with P90X. At first I modified the workouts as necessary while still pushing as hard as I could. There are no excuses and I make no excuses. I do the in-home DVD workout in the comfort of my home, morning or afternoon, evening or weekend when I schedule it. I no longer wait week to week to see if it fits in. Each day I get the personal reward of finishing the workout I started, and have regained the fitness and energy level I have been missing.

I made smoothies for the family this morning for our on-the-go breakfast. Here's what I put in: 3 cups Frozen pitted cherries 1.5 cups Frozen blueberries 1 small banana Skim milk (pour in to top of fruit)Blend ingredients, stopping to stir along the way and break apart stuck-together chunks. Add a little more milk, as needed.
